Design Manager - Solar

Staten Solar is seeking a Solar Design Manager with over 8 years of experience to lead the design and optimization of solar PV systems for projects in the US and India. The role involves site assessments, technical analyses, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates should have a degree in Electrical Engineering, proficiency in relevant software, and strong knowledge of solar energy principles. This is a full-time position based in India.
We're on the lookout for a skilled and experienced 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 (8+ 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀) to lead the design and optimization of solar PV systems for cutting-edge projects across the US and India. 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:

🔹 Design and optimize solar PV systems for commercial, industrial, and utility-scale projects.

🔹 Conduct comprehensive site assessments and perform in-depth technical and financial analyses.

🔹 Ensure compliance with local regulations, permitting requirements, and industry standards.

🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.

𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒀𝒐𝒖 𝑩𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈:

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

🔹 Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, PVsyst, Helioscope, and ETB.

🔹 Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), solar energy principles, and local building codes.

🔹 Proven experience in solar PV system design.
