Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Design Engineer to join our team in the South Florida region. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and solid waste management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop solid waste management projects using advanced engineering and scientific principles.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate project work and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and business development activities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in solid waste management.
Requirements:
• Professional Engineering licensure in Florida or eligibility for reciprocity within 6 months.
• Relevant Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or geotechnical engineering.
• At least 8 years of experience in the solid waste industry, including landfill gas management, air compliance, and landfill design and permitting.
• Proficiency in MS Office and environmental consulting software, with experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
