Our strategy aligns with Government priorities at every level, and we are embracing a digital future that positions us to thrive in the changing educational landscape.
The Institute of Education, Arts and Community at Federation University Australia offers nationally leading courses for educators at every level, accompanied by innovative applied research. Students travel from across Australia to study at our Arts Academy, which is driving a renewed vision for arts in Ballarat. We have focused, rich and rewarding offerings across areas critical to the communities we serve, including social work, history, heritage and Indigenous majors, to name a few. We are leveraging our dual sector capability and the inter-disciplinarity of the Institutes to meet emerging areas of demand.
We are seeking an outstanding leader for our Institute of Education, Arts and Community who will support the Executive Dean in driving the University's strategic vision while providing academic leadership across teaching, research, and engagement activities aligned with our ambitious Strategic Plan 2021-2025 and its next iteration.
