Lead Complex Projects. Drive Safety. Deliver Results.We’re seeking an experienced Demolition & Environmental Project Manager to lead major projects in the SE Wisconsin area. This is a high-impact, field-based leadership role where you’ll oversee daily operations, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory standards.

What You’ll DoProject Leadership & Field ExecutionLead day-to-day site operations from mobilization through project closeoutCoordinate crews, equipment, and subcontractors to meet production goalsMaintain site logistics, look-ahead schedules, and execution plansScheduling, Costs & DocumentationDevelop and manage project schedules, including phased demolition/remediationTrack job costs, productivity, and quantitiesMaintain accurate project documentation (daily reports, RFIs, permits, manifests, etc.)Subcontractor & Vendor ManagementSolicit, qualify, and manage subcontractors and vendorsCoordinate scopes, timelines, and on-site activitiesDemolition Means & MethodsPlan and execute selective and total demolition strategiesImplement dust/noise control, material handling, and safety measuresEnvironmental & Regulatory ComplianceOversee remediation work, including asbestos and hazardous materialsEnsure proper waste tracking, documentation, and disposal complianceCoordinate with regulatory agencies and maintain inspection-ready documentationPermitting & Stakeholder CoordinationWork with municipalities and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ)Manage permits, inspections, and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with owners, engineers, and consultantsUtilities & Site SafetyPlan and execute utility shutdowns and make-safe operationsLead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and hazard mitigation effortsMaintain a safe, compliant, and organized jobsiteWhat You BringProven experience managing demolition projects (selective and/or total)Strong knowledge of demolition methods and environmental remediationExperience with asbestos and hazardous material complianceExcellent scheduling, coordination, and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with field teams and regulatory agenciesValid driver’s license and ability to work on-site in SeattlePreferred QualificationsOSHA 30 certificationHAZWOPER (40-hour)First Aid/CPR certificationAsbestos-related certificationsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary: $90,000 – $110,000 (based on experience)Vehicle/gas allowanceCompany-provided computer and phoneOpportunity to lead high-profile, complex projects
