Decarbonization Solutions Lead

Green Project Technologies is seeking a Decarbonization Solutions Lead to design and optimize processes for their Decarbonization Platform. This role involves collaboration with various teams to enhance customer experience and support product research. The position offers growth opportunities in a dynamic environment, competitive salary, and benefits. While remote work is embraced, candidates must be within commuting distance of New York City and are expected to be in the office 1-2 days a week.

As a crucial member of our team, you'll:
• Design, implement, and optimize organizational processes to drive product evolution and enhance customer operations for Green Project’s Decarbonization Platform
• Support Product and Sales leads in conducting customer, market, and regulatory research for product improvement and expansion

This role will closely engage with Operations, Compliance, and Commercial leadership at our parent company, ACT Group, to drive integration that improves operational efficiency. You will work regularly with Green Project’s Customer Success teams to identify where process improvements can deliver a better customer experience.

You will be expected to develop a strong proficiency with the Decarbonization Platform and be a resource to colleagues on our platform’s capabilities as well as periodically support product research efforts.

Remote Work:

Green Project embraces remote work, with a team of talented individuals located across the US, however all applicants for this role must be within commuting distance of our New York City office, with a preference for 1-2 days in the office per week.
