The Day Shift Medical Technologist will be able to work independently in this general Medical Technologist bench position and will have previous acute care hospital experience working at a MT/MLT. The Medical Technologist Day Shift will report to the hospital Director Laboratory Services and will have a supportive team of fellow MLT/MT’s and Lead Medical Technologists.

The Day Shift MT Medical Technologist will be employed by a small non-profit community hospital that supports their employees and members of their community. The MLT/MT will easily get to know everyone at the hospital and work collaboratively with their department team members.

The Generalist Medical Technologist Day Shift will work as a generalist with chemistry, hematology, blood bank, and coagulation. There will be limited microbiology that the Medical Laboratory Technician will work with.
