Data Validator

Kosher Climate India Private Limited is seeking a Data Validator to ensure the accuracy of data submitted by the field team. Responsibilities include validating data, identifying errors, providing troubleshooting support, and generating reports. Candidates should have a diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field and experience in data validation. The position is full-time, offers a salary starting at ₹15,000 per month, and includes benefits like health insurance.
Responsibilities
• Validate and verify data submitted by the field team on the dashboard.
• Cross-check field data against predefined benchmarks.
• Identify inconsistencies, errors, or missing data and coordinate with the field team for corrections.
• Provide basic troubleshooting support to field team facing issues with data entry.
• Ensure real-time data quality monitoring and flag discrepancies for review.
• Generate reports summarizing data accuracy, validation trends, and areas of improvement.

Requirements
• Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Data Science, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
• Experience in data validation, quality control, or agricultural data management is preferred.
• Proficiency in using mobile apps, dashboards, and Excel/Google Sheets for data handling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with field teams, and technical staff.
• Team Player with adaptable working nature and with multitasking Ability
