Job Description
Truity Partners is seeking a Data Analyst for a 6-8 month contract in Menomonee Falls, WI. This hybrid role requires working three days remotely and two days in-office post-training. Candidates should have a relevant Bachelor's degree and some Excel and business experience. Responsibilities include supporting ERP implementation, managing departmental requests, analyzing data, and driving process improvements. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
We're assisting a corporate finance team in Menomonee Falls with finding a Data Analyst for a 6-8 month contract opening. This is a hybrid position working three days from home and two days in-office after training period. The ideal candidate will possess a relevant Bachelor’s degree plus some hands-on Excel and business experience. Please apply for immediate consideration.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support large-scale ERP implementation to create scalable solutions for Customer & Vendor Master Data and Sales Programs Operations

- Manage inflow of daily departmental requests & respond in a professional and timely manner

- Develop peer relationship with finance partners to drive consistency in reporting & operational procedures

- Compile reports, analyze data & conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies & ensure data integrity
- Demonstrate a commitment to the process of continuous improvement. Identify and eliminate non-value-added activities & streamline processes

- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details
- Support process improvement activities aimed at driving request management automation, data consistency, & accuracy
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree in related field desired.
- At least 3 months of relevant office experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, with intermediate knowledge of Excel.
- Self-motivated.
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
