Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a maximum of 28 hours per week

Overview:

As a Customer Service Supply Chain Coordinator, you will participate in diverse tasks aimed at improving the efficiency of the customer's on-site supply chain processes. This beginner position offers a great chance to build a solid base in managing customer relationships and operational logistics. Following a successful orientation, training, and assessment of your work, there may be options for flexible hours.

Responsibilities:
• Fulfill customer inquiries and organize essential assets as needed.
• Keep track of inventory quantities and maintain precise levels to ensure efficient management of stock levels.
• Take care of customer requests for goods and ensure their orders are completed.
• Manage the reception and transportation of stock items.
• Carry out inventory completion duties at the customer's site.
• Provide pricing information for both new and current products.
• Engage in ongoing enhancement efforts and the streamlining of business procedures.
• Express the importance and worth of supply chain services to the client in measurable terms.

Required Qualifications:
• Participants must be at least 18 years old to be eligible.
• Seeking a degree in Supply Chain/Operations Management or possessing relevant industry experience along with a thorough understanding of the local market.
• Proficient abilities in written and oral communication.
• Mastery of fundamental computer programs.
• Proficiency in mathematics, meticulousness, and a sense of immediacy are essential.
• Driven by personal goals, autonomous, and dedicated to serving customers.
• Being at ease in a setting that emphasizes sales.
• It is essential to embrace Fastenal's fundamental principles: Ambition, Innovation, Integrity, and Teamwork.
• Capability to handle, move, transport, and set down packages with a weight range of 25 to 50 pounds (up to 75 pounds).
• A mandatory drug test is necessary (only valid in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Guam).

Preferred Qualifications:
• An official driver's permit issued within the country where the position is based is required.
• Meeting all the requirements of a relevant graduated licensing initiative to achieve successful progression.
