OVERVIEW:

As a Customer Service Supply Chain Associate, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations that drive the expansion of both existing and potential clientele. Your main objective will be to advocate for the effectiveness of inventory management solutions to enhance collaborative ventures. Upon completion of an onboarding process, training initiatives, and fulfillment of performance expectations, there is a possibility of a more flexible work timetable.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The obligations of this job will provide daily chances for acquiring new knowledge. Tasks include, but are not limited to:
• Providing support for sales and customer service interactions between businesses
• Handling inventory control, ordering and executing transactions, collecting and delivering stock
• Overseeing procurement operations entails activities like estimating expenses and identifying sources for product procurement
• Using a company-owned vehicle for deliveries to restock inventory at customer sites
• Aligning available resources to cater to the specific needs of customers' supply chains is crucial in delivering satisfactory outcomes
• Taking part in projects focused on continuous improvement and Lean streamlining

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential skills and qualifications are mandatory for this role:
• Being at least 18 years old is a prerequisite for this position, given the responsibilities involved
• Hold a valid, unrestricted driver's license from the specific country where the employment is based, completed with any mandatory graduated license program for the respective state or province, and meet our driving record criteria to utilize a company vehicle, if required
• Hold a degree or are currently pursuing studies in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Management, Marketing, Sales, or a similar area, or have practical experience in customer service or a related industry
• Exceptional proficiency in conveying messages effectively through speaking and writing
• Proficient computer skills
• Showing great enthusiasm, a capacity for self-guidance, and a commitment to excellent customer care
• Display a high level of mathematical proficiency, precision, and a sense of urgency
• Display adeptness in organizing, planning, and prioritizing tasks with efficiency
• Display proficient problem-solving, deductive reasoning, and decision-making capabilities
• Illustrate the essence of our beliefs through ambition, inventiveness, ethical behavior, and cooperation
• Move, shift, convey, and drop parcels commonly in the range of 25lbs to 50lbs, and sometimes exceeding weights of up to 75lbs
• Meet the necessary criteria for the drug test (relevant only in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam)
• This location mandates passing a background check as a prerequisite for providing service to customers or contracts
