THE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer Service Representative based in Huntingwood. This position involves working as part of our collaborative Customer Service team - reporting to the Customer Service Manager.

This is a FULL-TIME role – including alternate rostered Saturday shift.

Responsibilities
• Attend to all inbound calls
• Manage customer service inbox and process queries
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Keying of orders and raising requests
• Liaising with manufacturing, retail and despatch teams
• Regular communication and interaction with store managers
• End of day reconciliation and processing of payments
• General administration
• Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
• Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

About You
• Strong experience in customer service or internal sales
• Excellent data entry skills
• Customer focused with an eye for detail and a sense of urgency to achieve results
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Flexibility to work within a rotating roster including Saturdays
• Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
