Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional to join our team as a Culinary Engagement & Sustainability Marketing Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the district manager to implement exciting new promotions and events at your assigned schools that drive student participation.
Main Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing programs in partnership with operators and regional support teams to ensure continued engagement from students, clients, and communities.
• Train and support operators in the implementation of student-facing and front-of-house programs, systems, and processes.
• Customize marketing materials, such as social media posts, flyers, brochures, and client presentations, and coordinate with district communications teams to execute.
• Provide content for newsletters and conduct focus groups to understand what students and parents are looking for in the school meal program and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
• BS degree in Marketing or Culinary Arts.
• Minimum of three years of marketing experience.
• Ability to present to large groups.
• Knowledge of merchandising and promotions.
• Excellent writing skills.
