Job Description

Catch Foundation is seeking a CSR Coordinator in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, to develop and implement CSR strategies focused on environmental protection. Responsibilities include managing projects, organizing events, building relationships with stakeholders, and preparing communication materials. Responsibilities
• Develop and implement CSR strategies and initiatives aligned with the foundation’s goals.
• Coordinate and manage CSR projects, including community outreach, environmental programs, and educational initiatives.
• Collaborate with various departments to integrate CSR initiatives into business operations.
• Organize and lead events, campaigns, and volunteer activities to engage employees and the community.
• Monitor and report on the progress and impact of CSR projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including corporate partners, NGOs, and community organizations.
• Prepare communication materials, such as reports, presentations, and social media content, to promote CSR activities.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to CSR and sustainability

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in CSR, project management, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for environmental sustainability and community engagement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms.
