Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Senior Critical Technology Assessment Engineer in Arlington, VA. Critical Technology Assessment Engineer, SeniorKey Role:Designs and implements new technologies, systems, and processes to improve plant production and efficiency. Applies advanced skills or extensive technical expertise. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction and mentors and may supervise team members.Basic Qualifications:12+ years of experience with engineering in Defense Critical Technology sectors, including Kinetic Capabilities, such as Hypersonics, Munitions, and Directed Energy, Energy Storage and Batteries, Castings and Forgings, Microelectronics, Critical Chemicals and Minerals, Unmanned Aerial Systems, Rare Earth Elements, Critical Materials, or Space TechnologiesExperience performing technical and business assessments of critical technology manufacturing or production capability development and their potential benefits, costs, technology barriers, policy, and regulatory approval requirementsExperience in working with Defense or U.S. Government industry providers and industry members to meet needs in critical technology sectorsExperience developing and presenting briefings and assessment reports to senior DoD stakeholdersSecret clearanceBachelor's degree in Engineering or ScienceAdditional Qualifications:Experience working for Senior DoD officialsExperience providing technology analysis to DoD programs making investments in DIB capability expansionTS/SCI clearanceMaster's degreeClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
