About the role

We are looking for a Credit & Compliance Analyst to join our Trading and Treasury Risk team, ensuring effective risk management and compliance processes. You will focus on Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance and due diligence checks, to mitigate credit risk exposure.

What you'll be doing
• Conduct KYC due diligence and risk assessments for new and existing counterparties.
• Investigate and escalate suspicious activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory changes.
• Assess counterparty creditworthiness and monitor ongoing credit risks.
• Maintain relevant systems when performing onboarding and ongoing checks.
• Prepare and distribute credit exposure reports.
• Lead and support projects to improve Credit Risk processes.

What you'll bring to the table
• Experience in a similar KYC role, ideally within financial services markets.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and compliance management.
• Degree in business or an analytical discipline highly regarded.
