What You’ll Do:

Be the Backbone of Corporate Finance Strategy: Develop and maintain capital and corporate finance models and conduct valuations to support investment and capital decisions.

Shape the Future of Azure Power: Help design and implement an optimal capital structure to achieve our short, medium, and long-term strategic goals.

Capital Raising: Assist in structuring and securing non-recourse and limited recourse financing, including equity, hybrid capital, and structured credit.

Lead Transformational Growth: Evaluate partnerships, acquisitions, and market expansion opportunities to fuel Azure Power’s sustainable success.

Ideal candidates must have:
• Solid understanding of valuation and corporate finance – you know how to assess businesses and align it with business strategy.
• An understanding of the power & infrastructure sector in India – experience in renewables is a big plus!
• An MBA and / or CFA degree with 2 to 5 years of experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills – you can deliver compelling analysis and insights with clarity.
• A sharp, analytical mindset with impeccable attention to detail and execution skills.
• A team player who thrives in cross-functional environments and can engage multiple stakeholders.
