Lennar Homes is seeking a Corporate Environmental Specialist in Bentonville, AR. The role involves managing the Environmental Management System (LEMS) to ensure compliance with environmental standards and air quality regulations. Candidates should have a degree in a related field and experience in soil or erosion control, along with relevant certifications.

Job Summary:
The Regional Environmental Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing Lennar's Environmental Management System (LEMS) across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with air quality regulations and other environmental standards.
Main Duties:
• Provide guidance and resources to ensure that divisions within the region implement LEMs effectively.
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with air quality regulations and other environmental standards.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to reduce liability related to environmental non-compliance.
• Communicate effectively with regional and division-level management to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Requirements:
• Seven (7) years experience with soils and/or erosion control preferred.
• College degree in agriculture, civil or environmental management/engineering; geology, geography, soil science, natural resource management or a related field is required.
• Certified as a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC); Certified Professional in Stormwater Quality (CPSWQ) or qualified to take the exam.
• Strong understanding of residential construction practices desired.
• Working knowledge of laws and regulations relating to the federal Clean Water Act and Clean Air Act, as well as air quality regulations are required.
