Corporate Environmental Senior Manager

Innophos Holdings is hiring a Corporate Environmental Senior Manager in Trenton, NJ. This role involves ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, managing permits, and driving sustainability initiatives. The position allows for a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote per week, with travel to North American manufacturing sites. Innophos is seeking a Corporate Environmental Senior Manager to join our Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) leadership team. Reporting to the Senior Director of EH&S, this role serves as the primary technical resource for all environmental matters for the company. The incumbent will ensure compliance with applicable regulations through the monitoring of Federal/State/Local regulatory processes and maintain all site environmental-based permits and programs.
This position drives continuous improvement in environmental performance and supports all sustainability, environmental, social, and governance matters. This role will necessitate travel to our North American manufacturing facilities in the US, Canada, and Mexico.
This position can be based in our Cranbury, NJ Headquarters or at one of our production facilities in Chicago Heights, IL, Nashville, TN, or Geismar, LA. This role offers an optional hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote per week.
