Green Link Digital Bank is seeking a Core Banking Engineer (Temenos T24) in Singapore. The role requires over 7 years of experience in T24, focusing on upgrades, migrations, and core banking operations. About Us

Green Link Digital Bank (GLDB) is Singapore's inaugural wholesale digital bank focusing on supply chain finance, mainly serving MSMEs and aiming to help MSMEs grow and improve digitization.

We are seeking a seasoned Core Banking Engineer with over 7 years of hands-on experience inTemenos T24 andTDH to assist with our core banking transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise inT24 upgrade and migration , loans and deposits, SWIFT and FAST payments, FX and credit limit and collateral management. This role combines strategic leadership with technical depth to ensure robust, scalable, and compliant core banking operations.

Responsibilities

Strategy
• Assist the core banking team in planning, designing, and implementing enhancements and migrations within the Temenos T24 ecosystem.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align core banking capabilities with strategic objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in core banking processes and technologies.

Technical and Operational Oversight
• Architect and oversee T24 upgrades, module implementations, and data migrations.
• Provide technical leadership in T24 customization, integration, and performance optimization.
• Ensure system stability, scalability, and security across all core banking modules.
• Oversee lifecycle management of core banking applications and modules including onboarding, maintenance, upgrades, and decommissioning.

Domain Expertise
• Manage and enhance functionalities across:

• Loans and Deposits
• SWIFT and FAST Payments
• Foreign Exchange (FX) and Equity Booking
• Credit Limit and Collateral Management

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.

Project Management
• Assist with end-to-end project delivery for core banking initiatives including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for successful project execution.

Stakeholder Engagement
• Act as the primary point of contact for core banking-related queries and escalations.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members and cross-functional teams.
• Analyze the business requirements and validate the implementation.
• Review/Write business and functional specifications.
• Jointly determining and carrying out necessary processes and best practices.

Requirements
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Temenos T24 core banking system.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information System, Business, Finance, or any relevant academic stream.
• Proven track record in T24 migration projects and module implementations.
• Strong domain knowledge in customer, accounts, loans, and the deposit using AA, TPH, SWIFT/MEPS+/FAST/PayNow payments, accounting and ledger, FX, trade finance, credit limit and collateral, non-stop processing, etc.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex banking projects.
• Familiarity with MAS regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills, process driven, and detail oriented.

Preferred Skills:
• T24 Technical Certification or equivalent.
• Experience with T24 Transact, Integration Framework (IF), and IRIS.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices (GitLab) and cloud-based deployments (preferably Huawei Cloud).
• Agile/Scrum project management experience.
