This opportunity is a rare vacancy within our environment, and is not to be missed! Working with an experienced conveyancer in our friendly and fast paced team you will develop an enviable substantive skill set and enjoy a healthy work-life balance in a thriving firm.
Working in our National Real Estate team, and for our Adelaide partnership, you will work closely with an experienced conveyancer.
On a daily basis your role will consist of-:
• Drafting documents for registration pursuant to real property related legislation in the PEXA environment.
• Obtain Lands Titles Office and other related searches for matters which are to be:
• Litigated for trial or hearing;
• Settled pursuant to a contract for sale and purchase;
• Dealt with by conveyancers and other professional staff.
• Report to clients on an ongoing basis as to the progress of their matters.
• Communicate with solicitors and other professional staff acting for the other relevant stakeholders in real property related matters.
• Providing expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process
• Ensure compliance with the latest laws, regulations and industry best practices related to property conveyancing
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with relevant legislations and company procedures Manage multiple tasks and matters simultaneously, with attention to detail
What we're looking for
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Conveyancer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
• Proficient in the use of relevant conveyancing software and technology
• A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills
