The Role of the Finance Director

The Finance Director will play a critical role in partnering with the senior leadership team in strategic decision making and operations as our organizations plan and implement a strategy for growth, while enhancing the quality of our programming.
• Establishes the guidelines and procedures of the annual budget, and mid-year forecasting processes.
• Reviews, analyzes, and reports on monthly revenue and expense, variance analyses, balance sheets and cash forecasts.
