MaGrann Associates is seeking a Contracts Specialist to join their Business Development team in Mt Laurel Township, NJ. The role involves supporting proposal and contract functions, client communication, and managing proposal activities using various software. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong analytical skills. The position is office-based with flexibility for remote work by arrangement.

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a Contracts Specialist who will play a pivotal role on our Business Development team. This individual must be highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and become proficient in DocuSign and other applications as applicable. Possess exceptional written, verbal and analytical skills. Be flexible and independent while maintaining proposal delivery timelines. Maintain excellent attention to detail and have the ability to prioritize

Principle Duties
• Support proposal and contract functions of the Business Development team:
• Become well versed in existing and new service offerings in MaGrann’s service areas, as well as the standards and programs that define those services and our clients’ needs for them
• Provide excellence in client service, including proactive outreach to clients as needed to determine proposal/contract status, identify issues and/or respond to questions in order to maintain engagement and sales momentum
• Engage with clients on new proposal requests including discovery, data gathering and compilation of qualifications submittals as needed
• Initiate proposal pricing by completing the discovery process (defining the project details, gathering relevant input from Ops & Program Development, and defining the scope of work)
• Coordinate with BD administrative team members for their preparation of proposals and contracts
• Support internal process flows for review and approval of proposals and contracts
• Support related client communications including proposal review meetings and follow-up
• Track and manage all stages of proposal/contract activity in VantagePoint, SharePoint, DocuSign and/or Excel or other application(s) as applicable, providing data and reports to others as needed
• Participate in company and team meetings as required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in sales administration, client account management or project management.
• Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and become proficient in DocuSign and other applications as applicable
• Possess exceptional written, verbal and analytical skills
• Outgoing and comfortable interfacing with a variety of clients via phone or virtual platform

Supplemental Information – Position Specific:
• Hourly/non-exempt position with typical hours 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Office based in Mount Laurel, NJ with flexibility for work from home by arrangement
• Annual performance and merit review
• Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and become proficient in DocuSign and other applications as applicable
• Possess exceptional written, verbal and analytical skills
• Be flexible and independent while maintaining proposal delivery timelines
• Maintain excellent attention to detail and have the ability to prioritize
