Job Description
Freedom Energy Logistics is offering a Contracts & Pricing Summer Internship in Auburn, NH. The intern will support the sales cycle by assisting the Contracts and Pricing team, engaging in data management, customer service, and report preparation. The role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail. Ideal candidates are undergraduate students in business-related fields. This is a part-time, seasonal position with potential for permanent placement post-graduation.
Job Title: Contracts & Pricing Intern
Job Description: The Contracts and Pricing team is responsible for the internal and external communication required to support and complete the sales cycle. The Contracts and Pricing Intern will learn and participate in the Freedom sales process and sales support aspects of the business that are critical to developing strategies that bring value to our clients and differentiate Freedom from competitors. This position will work closely with the Contracts & Pricing and Sales teams while positively impacting those around them. This is a seasonal part-time hourly position.
Career Path: Permanent placement post-graduation as a Contracts & Pricing Analyst I with the potential for growth as a Contracts & Pricing Analyst II-II, Sr. Contracts & Pricing Analyst I-III, Contracts & Pricing Manager, Sr, Contracts & Pricing Manager, and Director of Contracts & Pricing.
Job Responsibilities
• Work closely with members of the sales team to gather all necessary data and meet deadlines
• Learn to understand and maintain supplier restrictions and requirement information
• Assist to complete interval data requests and pricing requests for various suppliers and utilities
• Keep all necessary documentation organized on the sales server folder and Salesforce.
• Update client information and contracts to ensure all legal requirements have been met.
• Answer inbound customer service and enrollment phone calls
• Learn to understand and clearly communicate service contracts and product offerings.
• Manage and update account information in databases.
• Assist in the preparation of reports by collecting and analyzing customer information as needed
• Must have flexibility when asked to complete tasks before a deadline
• Conduct miscellaneous research into data, utilities, savings analysis, and account management
• Perform other general administrative responsibilities as required

Basic Qualifications
• The ideal candidate is focused on business administration, operations, sales, finance, and/or analytics in their college studies.
• Computer savvy, proficient with Microsoft Office, and comfortable using Excel, and CRM
• Prior Salesforce experience is desired but not necessary.
• Responsible and personable
• Focused attention to detail with strong communication capabilities
• Honest and integral
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, strong work ethic, and positive attitude
• Enjoy working within a high-energy team environment.
• Must have a valid driver's license and insurance.
Requirements
• Undergraduate student considering a future in business administration, operations, sales, finance, and/or analytics
• Passion for customer service, process improvement, and innovation.
