The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to provide central support to Transgrid’s emerging Hunter Transmission Project as a Contracts Administrator and contribute to the success of Australia’s clean energy future.

A Day in the Life of a Contract Administrator
• Manage the contract cycle by ensuring all processes are efficiently executed
• Assist in preparing contractual documents, track notices and claims, maintain key registers and perform critical administrative tasks while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide essential support to program controls, contract management and financial management
• Propose and implement streamlined processes to tackle deadlines and coordinate competing priorities

The Value You Will Bring
• Proficiency in MS office suite and document management systems, with strong attention to accuracy in work tracking, document naming, and filing protocols
• Experience in contract and construction project administration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing business challenges
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability engage stakeholders at all levels to achieve business objectives
