About the Team
The Specialised Businesses Team is focused on creating innovative consumer energy solutions to support the energy transition. Their focus is on empowering consumers to manage their own energy production, storage, and consumption, through behind the meter energy solutions, while also enabling them to contribute to the broader energy grid through Virtual Power Plants (VPPs), built from household solar panels, batteries, electric vehicles, home energy devices and community batteries.

About the Role
We have an exciting permanent opportunity to join our Specialised Businesses Team, working within our Solar function as a Continuous Improvement Lead. In this role you will play a pivotal role in driving end-to-end process improvement across the organisation, with a strategic emphasis on seamless customer experience and the completion of customer installations. Some of the other activities your role will include are:
• Lead and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives across the entire process chain
• Develop and implement change management practices across all process improvement initiatives and projects for EA Solar
• Track and govern projects and initiatives to ensure alignment with organisational goals and timelines
• Facilitate collaborative discovery workshops to identify improvement opportunities
• Conduct in-depth root cause analysis, utilising data driven insights to identify trends, patterns and improvement opportunities

About You
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience in leading process improvement initiatives. With strong project management skills, you will have the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively. Some of the other key things we’re looking for are:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is highly regarded
• Proven experience in Solar, Construction operations, or a similar role
• Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements and business strategies
• Experience with agile methodologies, having the ability to plan, execute, and oversee business projects from inception to completion
• Adaptable and proactive, ready to tackle challenges in a dynamic setting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and develop actionable insights
