Consultant, Change

NAB is seeking a Change Consultant for their Personal Bank Change and Communications team, based in Melbourne, VIC. The role involves planning and facilitating change, conducting assessments, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering training. Candidates should have experience in Agile Change Delivery and transformation. This position is available as a 6-month fixed term or permanent role, with a focus on customer-centricity and inclusivity within the workplace.

• Make your impact planning and facilitating change across PB in a highly engaged team

In this Consultant Change role, reporting to the Portfolio Change Manager, you will
• Work closely with the team to support and contribute to the completion of change management lifecycle activities
• Complete Change Impact Assessment and assessing organisational readiness for change
• Managing and tracking the Transition Plan for the program/project.
• Change Strategy - supporting the program/project detailing the overall change management approach, key activities, resource requirements and costs.
• Stakeholder Management - working with key stakeholders involved in the program/project.
• Support the design of Communication Strategy and Plan and its delivery
• Training Delivery - contribute to the training needs analysis and plan the delivery of training requirement associated with the Change delivery.

What You Will Bring
• Experience in Agile Change Delivery & Transformation, ideally in complex environment
• Prosci qualified will be highly regarded
• Excellent organisational skills and delivery of project plans
• Experienced in influencing key stakeholders to ensure initiatives/projects are completed on time, on budget and with desired user outcomes
• Training design and delivery experience will be advantageous
