For more information, please visit our Website Job Description: Context: The Construction Site Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various teams, managing resources, and maintaining compliance with regulations and company policies. Main Accountabilities: - Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities - Implement and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks - Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, workers, and other site personnel - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards - Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety - Manage site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment usage, and waste management - Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address issues and provide updates - Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily logs, incident reports, and progress reports - Manage site budgets and control costs - Identify and resolve any on-site problems or conflicts - Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment - Participate in project meetings and contribute to strategic planning Requirements
