This role involves coordinating with various teams, managing resources, and maintaining compliance with regulations and company policies. Main Accountabilities: - Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities - Implement and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks - Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, workers, and other site personnel - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards - Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety - Manage site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment usage, and waste management - Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address issues and provide updates - Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily logs, incident reports, and progress reports - Manage site budgets and control costs - Identify and resolve any on-site problems or conflicts - Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment - Participate in project meetings and contribute to strategic planning Requirements
