Construction Engineer/Transportation - Green Bay, WI

Oneida ESC Group is seeking a full-time Construction Engineer/Transportation in Green Bay, WI. Responsibilities include construction oversight, materials documentation, field measurements, and final documentation. Candidates should have at least three years of construction inspection/management experience, knowledge of Wisconsin DOT, and a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management. Opportunities for growth in transportation engineering are available.
Oneida Engineering Solutions (OES) has an immediate opening for a Construction Engineer/Transportation in our Green Bay, WI Office. This full-time position will be responsible for construction oversight/inspection, materials documentation and testing, field measurements, daily diary entries, and completion of final construction documentation.

This position has strong opportunities for growth and advancement as we continue to grow our transportation engineering business line in Wisconsin. We encourage highly motivated candidates that have a strong interest in advancing in the area of transportation engineering and construction management to apply.

Minimum Qualifications:
• At least three years field construction inspection and/or management.
• Knowledge of Wisconsin DOT construction management.
• Valid driver's license
• Proficient oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's in civil engineering or construction management

Preferred Qualifications:
• Established relationships with DOT.
• Knowledge of Wisconsin DOT software
• HTCP certifications
• Experience using Civil 3D, AutoCAD or MicroStation
• History of steady career advancement
• Experience working with Microsoft Suite
• Licensed PE or ability to obtain one within a year
