We are seeking a skilled Environmental Technician to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our environmental initiatives and projects in St. Louis, MO, and neighboring areas.

Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough environmental assessments and surveys to gather critical data on air quality, water quality, soil composition, and biodiversity.
• Develop and implement effective environmental monitoring programs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Utilize specialized equipment and techniques to perform sampling, testing, and analysis of environmental samples.
• Compile comprehensive reports documenting findings, analysis, and recommendations for environmental management and remediation.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to integrate environmental considerations into project planning and design.
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients and stakeholders on environmental issues and best practices.
• Stay current on relevant environmental regulations, trends, and advancements in the field to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate leadership skills and take initiative in problem-solving and decision-making processes.
• Maintain accurate records of data, observations, and project documentation in accordance with company standards and protocols.

Required Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Ecology, or related field (a plus)
• 2+ years of experience in environmental monitoring, assessment, or related field
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations, policies, and procedures
• Asbestos Inspectors License or capability to obtain license within the first 60 days of employment
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Leadership skills and capability of taking on responsibilities and managing projects independently
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed
