Job Description

This position will serve as a Crew Leader for our Ancestral Lands Conservation Corps Wind River (ALCC-WR) program. The successful candidate will have experience working with youth and young adults, facilitating community building, and demonstrating leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate logistics with crew members and project partners
• Cultivate relationships with local stakeholders, promote partnerships, and ensure successful project outcomes
• Foster a culture of safety, respect, and inclusivity among crew members and project partners
• Provide mentorship and guidance to Assistant Crew Leaders and corps members
