About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Wetlands Scientist and Permitting Specialist to join our team at EHS Support. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled professional to develop our wetland and waterways capabilities and deliver technical reports to clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading federal, state, and local regulatory permitting processes to obtain authorization for construction and environmental remediation activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Developing EHS Support's wetland and waterways capabilities.
• Delivering technical reports to clients.
• Leading federal, state, and local regulatory permitting processes.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
• 10 - 15 years of freshwater and coastal wetland experience in environmental consulting.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and guidance under state and federal programs.
• Familiarity with ESRI GIS, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to communicate proactively, efficiently, and directly with team members.
