Configuration & Release Engineer - Certification

Beta Technologies is seeking a Configuration & Release Engineer - Certification in South Burlington, VT. This role involves managing change management processes, maintaining configuration documentation for aircraft designs, and ensuring FAA Certification compliance. The engineer will collaborate with various stakeholders to provide critical data for Change Management activities while maintaining traceability and auditability of Aircraft Data in ALM and PLM systems. The position is full-time with no degree requirement.

The Configuration & Release Engineer is responsible for managing the change management processes specifying and maintaining the configuration effectivity and design documentation for aircraft product designs. This activity is crucial to the process of obtaining and maintaining FAA Certification to produce, supply, and operate aircraft.
The Configuration & Release Engineer works cross-functionally with Certification Engineers, Systems Engineers, Design Engineers, and other Aircraft Stakeholders providing critical data and process inputs to Change Management activities, and maintaining the traceability andauditability of the configuration and release of Aircraft Data in the ALM and PLM system environments.
