Job Description

We are seeking dedicated general laborers to perform essential housekeeping duties. Responsibilities include washing down equipment, scrubbing, sweeping, debris removal, dusting, and shoveling. Candidates must be proficient in using various personal protective equipment and tools to ensure a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities
• Washing down equipment using a hose
• Scrubbing and sweeping assigned areas
• Removing debris and dusting surfaces
• Shoveling and maintaining cleanliness
• Using personal protective equipment such as hard hats, ear plugs, safety glasses, and gloves
• Handling tools and supplies including water hoses, brooms, rakes, shovels, dusting wands, scrubber pads, soap, and degreasers
Essential Skills
• Experience in general labor tasks such as sweeping and scrubbing
• Ability to operate small equipment (skid steer) and heavy equipment
• Construction labor experience, including working with a shovel
• Ability to work independently
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in wearing a respirator
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Experience with small and heavy equipment is a plus

Work Environment

You will work both outside and inside the composting facility, closely collaborating with managers and other workers to maintain a clean site. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 630 - 1530.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rancho Cucamonga, California.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
