Compliance Specialist - Environmental Consulting

RS&H is seeking a Compliance Specialist in Environmental Consulting for their Indianapolis, IN office. The ideal candidate will have strong project leadership and communication skills, broad compliance knowledge in environmental areas, and experience in developing proactive environmental programs. The role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Benefits include holiday pay and medical/dental coverage. This is a full-time position with no degree requirement specified.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:
• Strong project leadership, communication, and writing skills.
• Broad compliance knowledge and interests in water, stormwater, wetland and stream impacts, spill prevention and management, emerging, hazardous and non-hazardous materials and waste management, environmental compliance management systems and auditing programs.
• Demonstrated experience in developing proactive environmental programs, including operational sustainability, environmental restoration, and long-term adaptation and resiliency planning.
• Able to work independently but collaboratively within a team environment and be highly responsive to clients.
