The Air Force Civilian Service is hiring a full-time Community Resilience Coordinator for Warner Robins, GA, exclusively for current Department of War federal employees. Responsibilities include leading peer support networks, managing resilience programs, and providing outreach for community services. 2026 Salary Range: $40,736.00-$97,087.00/Yearly with locality (includes locality)

Who May Apply: Current DoW Civilian Employees

Leads Peer to Peer support networks, serves as non-clinical point of consultation for resource referral and provides outreach and marketing for available community and on base services. Analyzes/evaluates issues related to unit resilience readiness; participates in the development of action plans as related to organizational climate for assigned organization.

Manages the organizations' resilience and readiness programs. Provides comprehensive input/recommendations to unit CC/CL on all quality of life and resilience matters impacting unit climate and assigned members.

Performs extensive evidence-based outreach to provide resources and referral information to unit personnel. Organizes and oversees the units' peer support network.

Actively participates in the Installation Community Action Team in executing established initiatives. Ensures CAT initiatives are promoted and delivered within assigned unit/units by promoting a fit, resilient, and ready force through cross- functional education and training, campaigns, and programs.

Requirements:

U.S. Citizenship

Obtain maintain a Security clearance

Direct Deposit: All federal employees are required to have direct deposit

Male must be registered for Selective Service, see www.sss.gov

May be required to travel on military or commercial aircraft to perform temporary duty

Recruitment Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

1. Comprehensive knowledge of available community resources on and off the installation (i.e. Airman Family Readiness Center, Employee Assistance Program, Civilian Health Promotion Services, Sexual Assault Prevention and Response, etc.)

2. Skill and ability in preparing and presenting large and small group trainings with the ability to adapt materials based on a variety of audiences.

3. Ability to develop and present reports for senior leadership.

4. Ability to interface with a wide range of personnel, including senior leadership, with tact, courtesy, diplomacy and professionalism.

5. Skill and ability to effectively teach, lead, and assist with committees, working groups, and teams.

6. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with leadership, organizations, and individuals to identify, establish, modify, and provide referral assistance.
