Community Manager

Oceanus Conservation is seeking a full-time Community Manager to enhance community engagement and partnerships at project sites in Zamboanga City, Philippines. The role involves fostering relationships with local communities and partners, supporting conservation planning, and promoting sustainable livelihoods.
We are looking for a Community Manager who will lead community engagement and partnerships across Oceanus Conservation’s project sites. This role focuses on building strong relationships with local communities, LGUs, and partners; supporting participatory conservation planning; and helping communities develop sustainable, biodiversity-friendly livelihoods.
