You'll need a blend of creativity, attention to detail, and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Mailchimp and Outlook proficiency are essential.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in communications, public relations, or similar roles.
• Experience with project management and event planning, ensuring efficient coordination.
• Mailchimp expertise for managing and analyzing email campaigns.
• Advanced Outlook skills for scheduling and communication management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptable for different audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage email campaigns via Mailchimp, ensuring segmentation, content development, and performance tracking.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate virtual and in-person events, including conferences and webinars.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to craft engaging messaging for newsletters, social media, and internal communications.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
• Handle daily communication tasks, including responding to inquiries, drafting correspondence, and managing schedules.
• Use Outlook for efficient scheduling, email management, and coordination across teams.
• Maintain and update the company's communication database.
