Primary Objective

Own building-level commissioning execution, schedule integrity, energization governance, and cross-discipline coordination across Electrical, Mechanical, and Controls systems.



Strategic OversightAccountable for L1–L3 completion within assigned building/vaultResponsible to Coordinate Vendor and Subcontractor Support for L3-L5Protect energization sequencing and start up strategy.Align commissioning activities with:Micro-scheduleConstruction progressCustomer milestonesControl ActivitiesEnsure compliance with Switch commissioning governance model.
