Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Project Manager to oversee various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, with hands-on experience in single ply roofing, and site management. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to read blueprints, and proficiency with hand tools to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Duties
• Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met.
• Read and interpret blueprints to guide project execution and resolve any discrepancies.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports for stakeholders.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction industry.
