Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Inside Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while leveraging technical sales expertise.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate software solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Utilize Hub Spot to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities. Experience with Helioscope and Energy Toolbase is a plus.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective telemarketing campaigns that generate leads.
• Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our products.
Requirements
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or software-related field.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
• Familiarity with Helioscope, Energy Toolbase and Hub Spot software is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
