This role is located in the GTA, ON.
- Safely carry/handle 28 ft. (65 lb.) extension ladders.
- Safely carry/handle step ladders and 10 ft. straight ladders.
- Safely carry and lift loads exceeding 50 lbs. (e.g., toolboxes).
- Walk on uneven ground in all weather conditions.
- Work in restricted and tight cramped spaces.
- Possess the physical fitness to engage in frequent bending, kneeling, and climbing for potentially extended periods.
- Work at heights exceeding 30 feet from ladders, scaffolds, mobile platforms, or buckets.
- Have dexterity and lower arm/wrist/hand strength to proficiently use hand tools (screwdrivers, hammers, wrenches, pliers, side cutters, etc.).
- Perform tasks at heights exceeding 30 ft. using a 3-point touch (i.e., 2 hands 1 foot).
- Possess good visual acuity for reading and working with various sizes of cabling and wiring.
- Be properly licensed and capable of driving a variety of service and construction vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
Vehicle Maintenance and Operation:

- Take responsibility for the tidiness, cleanliness, and operational maintenance of the company vehicle.
- Adhere to Smoke-free Ontario legislation by refraining from smoking in company-owned vehicles.

Environmental Awareness:

- Be conscious of any negative impact on the environment resulting from your actions.

Technical Support and Professionalism:

- Provide a high level of technical support to ensure quality service and professionalism in every customer interaction.

Efficient Management:

- Manage tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and satisfy customer demands.

Safety Practices:

- Understand and practice defensive driving methods.
- Wear CSA approved Personal Protective Equipment as required for each job.
- Attend and actively participate in all required safety training programs.
- Identify and report all unsafe working conditions and potential hazards, refraining from work that endangers technicians, coworkers, customers, or the general public.
- Contribute to and participate in all Health & Safety efforts.

Qualifications:

- Relevant technical certifications or equivalent experience.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to uphold the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
