Cold Climate Expert

EMCOR Group is seeking a Cold Climate Expert in Indianapolis, IN, responsible for designing and managing mechanical building and process utility systems in various industries. Key tasks include sales, engineering, project management, and mentoring junior staff. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, experience in design-build construction, and proficiency in AutoCAD. This is a full-time position.

Job Summary:

In this role, you'll design and build projects in Health Care, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Food Process, and Industrial Refrigeration industries.

Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for sales and engineering all aspects of mechanical building and process utility systems.
• Estimating, designing, and construction management.
• Start and assist with industrial ammonia refrigeration facilities.
• Attend project meetings with general contractors, owners, and facilities engineers.
• Project schedules and completion of projects on time and within budget.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers and other staff.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience or interest in design-build construction process.
• Familiar with fast-track construction process of design-build.
• Computer literate with MS Office product offerings and proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Able to gain knowledge with all applicable Mechanical, Refrigeration, HVAC, and Plumbing code requirements.
• Clear and effective communication skills in both written and oral work.
