Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Co-Founder with expertise in fundraising and investor relations to drive Solar Capital’s financial growth and secure investments. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of angel investors, venture capitalists, and institutional funders, along with a deep understanding of renewable energy finance and startup fundraising strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Capital Strategy: Lead and execute fundraising initiatives to secure seed and growth-stage investments.

Investor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with VCs, angel investors, family offices, and institutional investors.

Pitching & Negotiations: Craft compelling investment pitches, financial models, and presentations to attract capital.

Financial Planning: Define and execute a long-term financial strategy, ensuring capital is efficiently allocated.

Strategic Partnerships: Identify and engage with potential NBFCs, financial institutions, and impact investors.

Compliance & Structuring: Ensure all fundraising activities adhere to SEBI, FDI, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.

Growth Roadmap: Work closely with the founding team to align investment strategies with business scalability and market expansion.

Who You Are

Proven experience in fundraising, investment banking, venture capital, or renewable energy financing.

Strong investor network and the ability to close funding rounds successfully.

Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of financial structuring for solar energy projects.

Experience in debt financing, equity funding, and alternative investment models.

Passionate about sustainability and the clean energy transition.

A self-starter willing to take ownership and drive execution.
