Job Description

Keller Executive Search is seeking a Climate Strategy Executive Assistant to support a prominent organization focused on climate change. The role involves administrative support, calendar management, meeting coordination, research on climate policies, and collaboration across departments. Candidates should have a relevant degree and 3-5 years of administrative experience, with strong organizational and communication skills. This is a full-time remote position with opportunities for growth.
Keller Executive Search is excited to announce an opportunity for a Climate Strategy Executive Assistant to join our client's team. Our client is a prominent organization focused on developing innovative strategies to address climate change challenges. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Climate Strategy team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Climate Strategy executives with calendar management, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
• Coordinate and attend meetings, taking detailed minutes and following up on action items.
• Support the planning and execution of climate-related events and initiatives.
• Conduct research on climate policies, trends, and best practices to inform strategic decision-making.
• Manage office communications, ensuring timely responses and engagement with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain filing systems, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible.
• Assist in drafting and tracking project budgets and financial reports.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to facilitate cross-functional projects.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred
• A minimum of 3-5 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a strategy or sustainability-related environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
• Excellent organizational skills with a track record of handling multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing competing deadlines
• Knowledge of climate change policies and sustainability practices is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Passion for environmental issues and commitment to sustainability
