The Role

As the Climate Solutions Delivery Manager, reporting directly to the CEO, you will be instrumental in successfully implementing and delivering Zeroe's software platform to our customers. This role is pivotal in ensuring our solutions meet and exceed customer expectations and in leading Zeroe’s efforts within the carbon accounting space. You will play a critical leadership role, advising customers on their sustainability journeys, contributing to our marketing content, and serving as a prominent advocate for the adoption of Zeroe's solutions.

Core Responsibilities
• Lead the delivery and implementation of Zeroe’s platform, aligning with customers' business objectives, climate goals, and regulatory compliance needs.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to deeply understand customer needs, providing expert advice on climate commitments, carbon accounting, and navigating the regulatory environment.
• Conduct comprehensive scoping of customer engagements, customizing Zeroe’s offerings for diverse industries and markets, and ensuring a seamless fit with client requirements.
• Craft and present compelling product demonstrations and ROI analyses, effectively communicating Zeroe’s platform’s benefits to potential and existing clients.
• Take a leadership role in the carbon accounting domain, utilizing and sharing expertise on GHG Protocol standards, climate targets, and related sustainability programs.
• Recruit, manage, and mentor a dedicated team that supports the comprehensive delivery of Zeroe's software platform to customers. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity, empowering team members to contribute effectively to our mission.
• Act as a strategic advisor to customers on their sustainability journey, providing insights, guidance, and support to help them achieve their environmental objectives.
• Manage delivery timelines, coordinating between different departments and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on schedule and customer expectations are met or exceeded.
• Implement mechanisms to regularly gather and analyze customer feedback, using insights to improve service delivery, customer training, and overall satisfaction with Zeroe’s platform.
• Work hand-in-hand with Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to continuously evolve Zeroe's platform, ensuring it remains cutting-edge and fully aligned with sustainability trends.
• Contribute to creating marketing content, translating complex carbon accounting and sustainability concepts into accessible, engaging, and informative materials.
• Represent Zeroe as a key voice in promoting the adoption of our solution, engaging with stakeholders across the sustainability ecosystem to advocate for climate action and technological innovation.
• Maintain and update relevant certifications, applying this specialized knowledge to enhance Zeroe’s strategies, product development, and market positioning.
