Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Climate Solutions Associate to join our team in Chicago, IL. As a key member of our state campaign team, you will work closely with our state director and network of coalition partners and volunteers to run campaigns focused on shifting off fossil fuels, promoting energy conservation and efficiency, and advancing renewable energy. Your primary responsibilities will include building powerful coalitions, earning media attention, lobbying elected officials, researching and writing persuasive campaign materials, recruiting new team members, and running a grassroots campaign office during the summer.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should be a campus or community leader with experience building and leading teams, a passion for environmental issues, and strong leadership, writing, and public speaking skills. You should also be able to listen actively and have a willingness to learn and grow.
