Job Description

You will help clients navigate the complex world of climate change, climate regulation, shifting consumer preferences, and the energy transition to implement sustainable operations, processes, and business models.
Responsibilities
• Organize your own and the team's tasks and schedules, working on multiple projects simultaneously
• Manage project teams, including having responsibility for client communications, project schedules, divisions of labor, architecting analyses, and overseeing team dynamics
• Develop an internal network to pull in resources from across our global team
Requirements
• 5+ years plus of relevant experience, excluding Internships, Co-ops, and Research Fellowships
• Experience in the energy / sustainability / ESG space – in particular, experience with climate risk analyses
• Ability to lead teams to create executive-level presentations with insight and impact
