Job Description
Your Opportunity to Lead Climate Resiliency
We are seeking an experienced Climate Resiliency Project Manager to execute and deliver resiliency projects, contributing to the rapid growth of this service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead research, analysis, design, and stakeholder engagement tasks with a focus on climate resiliency and adaptation.
• Effectively manage project/task schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Produce high-quality deliverable work products.
• Mentor junior staff in proper planning and execution of project tasks.
• Manage and participate in teams consisting of in-house staff and external partners.
Requirements:
• + years of professional experience in engineering, managing engineering/planning projects.
• Demonstrated knowledge of climate change risk/resiliency subject matter and experience applying it in projects.
• Understanding of climate resiliency/sustainability needs on the East Coast and/or Great Lakes.
• Ability to effectively communicate resiliency design concepts to clients.
Education and Credentials:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or associated technical field.
• P.E. licensure in Massachusetts or ability to obtain license by reciprocity within 6 months after date of hire.
