About the position
The Climate Resilience Stakeholder and Executive Communications Account Supervisor at Fors Marsh will support critical workstreams for FEMA, focusing on industry stakeholder engagements and executive communications. This role involves building key message frameworks for FEMA Resilience programs and ensuring effective communication of policy changes and resources to various government levels and industry partners. The position requires a blend of communication skills and disaster resilience insights to drive organizational change and enhance emergency management programs.
Responsibilities
• Deliver industry and executive communications support to a FEMA program office.

• Work with federal counterparts to optimize communications protocols and coordinate stakeholder convenings.

• Engage with senior executives to design communications products, including presentations and congressional testimony.

• Oversee conference strategy, including the development of talking points and session outlines for FEMA's Senior Executives.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required.

• 8 years of relevant work experience.

• Experience working with the emergency management sector and engaging with SLTT partners and federal agencies.

• Prior experience in climate resilience, emergency management, or community capacity building programs.

• Demonstrated experience preparing high-visibility communications products for senior executives.
