Climate Resilience Lead - Sustainability Consulting

Guidehouse is seeking a Climate Resilience Lead in Sustainability Consulting based in Boston, MA. Experience in the energy/sustainability/ESG space, particularly in climate risk analyses, is required. Effective communication through climate storytelling and adaptability to learn industry sectors and potential climate impacts/stressors are also necessary.

Financial risk assessment and modeling, leadership skills, and ability to lead teams to create executive-level presentations are highly valued.

Familiarity with TCFD, GHG, and climate topics is essential. Fluency in English and agility in presentation storyboarding and development are also required.

Strong communication skills within the project team and at the board level, clarity in business writing, and demonstrated success working within high-performing teams are essential.
